[Meet our team](https://www.londonirishfoundation.org/about/meet-the-team?hsLang=en) ## OUR STORY **The London Irish Foundation** is the official charity of London Irish Rugby Football Club. We deliver projects that harness the power of **sport** to make a lasting, positive impact on individuals' lives, whilst helping to build a meaningful and sustainable legacy for sport and education across our communities. Our work spans beyond rugby, promoting access to a wide range of sports to support physical and mental well-being, social inclusion, and lifelong learning. Within this, our key work strands include **sport development, education, community engagement, inclusion**, and **ESG-focused initiatives**. These strands are all underpinned by our core values – **family, home from home, open to all**, with sport at the heart. Through a commitment to **Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles**, we ensure that our programmes not only support individuals today but also contribute to a healthier, more equitable, and sustainable future. [How you can support us](https://www.londonirishfoundation.org/support-us?hsLang=en) ## OUR IMPACT IN NUMBERS AS OF 31.12.2025 97,531 Participants attended 209,842 Hours delivered 7,411 Sessions delivered “ Without the support of the London Irish Foundation the Rugby Club at The Green School for Girls would not exist as there are not enough hours in the week or personnel to run it. After all that has been built and developed this year (2023), I do hope that our journey together can continue. Just thinking that the club may not be able to take place next year is devastating. The interest, the development of skills and the rugby community that has been built in our school is a joy to behold. In truth there would be a lot of tears if I had to announce the termination of the club. (I would be in tears too). **Toni Corbin - The Green School for Girls** I just wanted to drop you a line and say thank you once again for including us in your coaching scheme. I have been so impressed with the level of progress that our pupils have made over the past few weeks. Ben has been absolutely brilliant. He is totally on our pupils wavelength and has challenged and supported them in equal measure over the past few weeks. It is great to see the way he encourages and motivates the young people and he has already developed good relationships with many of the pupils he has been coaching at our school. Please pass on my thanks to him for all his efforts so far. **Richard Brown - Cricket Green School** Honestly, Ben was fab and the girls loved his session. He was really suited to the event. Feedback from schools on the day has been nothing but positive. **Rachel Hutchinson - South Bucks SGO** I just wanted to say a BIG thank you for the sports sessions that my students had with London Irish Foundation. They really enjoyed the experience of trying different games and being part of a team. Laurisa was great with the students, motivating them to join in, try their best and have fun, which they did! Every single student gave me a very positive feedback about the sessions, how it impacted them and how good they felt afterwards – so well done! **Sylwia Richards - Reading College Tutor** I feel the pupils have had a positive attitude towards the sport. For most pupils it would have been the first time they have touched a rugby ball. I feel it has been a big success at Meadow High school. The pupils were able to access the sport as the coaching was specific to meet the pupils needs. Laurisa had a good relationship with all the pupils. **Ceri Morgan - Meadow High - Physical Education Teacher** ## HOW YOU CAN SUPPORT US ##### MAKE A DONATION You can donate in the following ways: By making a one-off or monthly donation; by becoming a corporate supporter; by attending or participating in our fundraising events; by leaving a gift in your will.
