Former London Irish player Sean Kearns kayaked an amazing 140 miles along the Thames.
Sean played for London Irish for seven years between 1983-1990, five years before the game went professional.
Incredibly, Sean set himself the target of completing 60 challenges to mark his 60th birthday, and decided one of his challenges would be in aid of our Foundation something we as the clubs official charity are very grateful.
Sean started his travels in Cricklade, Wiltshire on Thursday 23rd June and finished at Teddington on Sunday 26th June.
Over the 4 day Kayak challenge, Sean managed to raise over £700 for the Foundation.
We would sincerely like to thank Sean and wish him all the best for his continued challenges.
