The London Irish Foundation have had a wonderful time hosting for our HAF group, two days full of fun with organised games and activities. Everyone had a fantastic time over the two-day period mixing with their peers and our team. The children went home with smiles on their faces and tired bodies after two action packed days. We received some wonderful feedback from children and parents.
“I just wanted to thank you so much for having Stanley, Vinny, Daisy, and Joey over the past two days… they all had an amazing time and haven’t stopped telling me how much they enjoyed themselves and how kind everyone was to them. They loved their gifts, and the food bag was a very kind touch”.
A truly fulfilling two days have come to an end this afternoon and the London Irish Foundation would like to issue a huge Thank You to Surrey County Council for their funding alongside the use of their facilities at Shepperton Community Centre.
The London Irish Foundations Head of Operations Wayne Wedgbury said the following:
“The Foundation is hugely proud of the work we do with the HAF children, being able to supply a safe and enjoyable environment for them to express themselves and socialise and to provide food for them and their families is something we take great pride in”.
