Local Community Involvement
The London Irish Foundation is proudly supporting the event by organising community participation on match day. Bishop Wand School students will serve as ball boys, while the London Irish U13s will form the guard of honour, giving young local players a memorable opportunity to be part of an international rugby spectacle.
The Barbarians will return to West London to take on the All Blacks XV on Saturday, 1 November 2025 (kick-off 1.15pm) at Gtech Community Stadium, Brentford.
A promo video for the fixture has now been released, giving supporters a taste of the thrills to come. Please view it below:
When these sides last met, in 2022, the Barbarians edged out a 35–31 win at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in front of over 40,000 fans.
This fixture brings a dynamic clash of styles: the Barbarians’ attack-first approach against an All Blacks XV squad stacked with rising talent. The “XV” team often serves as a proving ground for next-level All Blacks, and names like Damian McKenzie, Patrick Tuipulotu, Finlay Christie, and Ruben Love have recently featured.
With the stage set for free-flowing rugby, a compelling Haka moment, and top-tier players in action, this promises to be one of the standout fixtures of the rugby calendar.
